Virgin media – Finding a Focus
Nigel worked with Virgin Media’s corporate responsibility director to identify and prioritise the company’s key sustainability risks and opportunities.
This prioritisation exercise involved completing a risk and materiality assessment as well as plotting a number of corporate responsibility related issues against Virgin Media’s strategic business objectives. In addition to this we also helped to develop an appropriate governance structure from top to bottom alongside an employee engagement programme to support the corporate responsibility strategy.
This initial activity helped to shape Virgin Media’s focus on Digital Inclusion.
